  • Only able to join for one day?

    Join us for a full day in the field with Colin Dumais. He will walk the group through radon mitigation system in accordance with the new CGSB standard.

    This day will be limited to max 15 participants.

Halifax Workshop!

CARST is on the road again this fall, and our next stop is Halifax! 

Join us for some networking, idea-sharing, and of course - CE credits! 

Join us for two great days of exciting learning opportunities.

October 16th: Workshop -  8:30 to 4:30 pm 

Location: Ashburn Golf Club

October 17th Full day Field Trip - 8:30 to 3:00 pm

Location: residential home (location will be provided to participants)

October 16 - Radon Workshop at the Ashburn Golf Club. 


Here's a tentative schedule:

- Nova Scotia Lung Association: Library Loan program

- Radon and Real Estate: an update with Noah Quastel

- The role that HRVs may play in Radon Reduction: Colin Dumais

- Technical HRV presentation: Bruno from FanTech

- Take Action on Radon: Ongoing Initiatives

You must pre-register for this event. 

Coffee breaks and lunch are included with the registration.  


PLUS:

Join us the day after the workshop for a full day of hands-on experience with Colin Dumais!

Colin is a dynamic trainer who always provides us with new things to learn.   We will be in the field looking at an existing mitigation system and evaluating any how it compares with the new CGSB standard.  We will also include techniques of installing with in-floor heating.
