The following Radon Measurement and Mitigation Courses will provide you with the skills and knowledge to successfully manage radon gas within buildings:

2 Day Radon Measurement Course

3 Day Radon Mitigation Course

Accumulation of radon gas within buildings is fast becoming an issue of concern across Canada and with good reason. According to Health Canada, exposure to radon gas increases your risk of developing lung cancer and is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking.


3 Day Radon Mitigation Course

When:  November 26, 1:00 pm to Noon November 29 at our Mississauga Head Office
Prerequisite: 2 Day Radon Measurement Course (above)
Course: $995 + HST
Optional Exam: November 29th, 1 - 4 pm:  $150 + HST
Lead Instructor: Marcel Brascoupe, general construction contractor with a background in electrical and building systems/HVAC, working in the province of Quebec specializing in the installation of radon mitigation systems. Marcel is C-NRPP certified for both radon measurement and radon mitigation and has been supervising crews and installing radon mitigation systems since 2008. Marcel is also a Director and founding member of the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (CARST).

C-NRPP Certification

Passage of the radon measurement and mitigation examinations is required for certification by the Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program (C-NRPP). C-NRPP certification is recognized by Health Canada.
